"Best hotel ever. It’s so good it’s hard to leave every day, even though there’s literally an escalator into an underground train station.
Staff were very helpful, they even helped me call a restaurant that didn’t have English speaking staff for reservation changes.
The restaurants are incredible. Two of them had DJs playing music of various varieties that fit their respective vibes. Outdoor patios. Garden within. Connected to a shopping mall. They all had a-la-carte menus and multi course menus. Some even had guest chefs adding additional menu options. Bars were great too.
Unlike most of what I’ve seen in Japan they had plenty of breakfast options that were open early and pleasant, both in the hotel, in the connected mall, and down the road.
Our room had a record player with a handful of albums and the lobby has an additional vinyl library.
I could go on all day but this was the best hotel I’ve ever been to."
