"Had everything for a pleasant stay, A tasteful mix of modern and the past. Close to Queen Street, heart of the business district, yet next door to Albert Park. Plenty of dining options nearby, shopping, and acess to the water front. Great for singles or a couple to spread out in. Loved the shower and the plush towels. Five stars all the way."

"This was such a great place to stay to get the ultimate experience of Auckland. Sky Tower was beautifully lit up every night and there is so much to see from the high level of this building… this property is very secure and the pool is a plus! … There are also so many places to explore within walking distance."

"Would be great to have a kitchenette in the unit. Wattle Downs great spot between Papakura, Manurewa & Manukau. Short distance from drive from these suburbs. Very convenient. Laundry would be a bonus especially to longer stays. 5+ days. Clean & Tidy. Parking next to the main house was a tight squeeze but it worked."

"Properly was advertised with parking had no packing paid for accommodation aid than asked for $250 more will not look at booking this way again "

"Property was as advertised. Small by American standards but comfortable for 4 adults. The only issue we had was with the building air conditioning. With the western glass wall, it was uncomfortably warm in the afternoon and evening. There was a split duct air conditioner in one bedroom but the other had only a fan. The unit did not appear to have a separate thermostat for the unit. All in all, we would stay there again."

"The apartment on Hobson Street was perfect for our time spent in Auckland. We appreciated the very convenient location for walking to the Sky Tower and the harbor area. Uber pick-up for other activities was easy with the pull-in lane in front of the building. Apartment furnishings were very complete and comfortable, and the space was quite adequate for three adults. Our host was available for communication when needed. The only hiccup was finding the right lockbox to access keys upon arrival. ...

"Large living spaces in this house, made getting ready for the wedding, easier for our bride & her 5-bridesmaids. Our driving distance to the wedding venue (KauriBay Boomrock Clevedon) was free of motorway traffic-troubles. Hotwater had to be turned on at external water tank. No shoes allowed to be worn inside helps keeps flooring cleaner. Floor tiles highly polished. One issue was, the property appeared to Not have been recently vacuumed (dead flies around). "I liked the size of the apartment and the cleanliness. It was a good base to visit the hospital. The parking was a little anxiety producing getting in and out but was a bonus as on site. The hand basin drained very slowly and I advised them. I would have like a scrubber to clean the pot with. It was spotless when we arrived but the dishwasher and soft cloth didn’t bring it back to that."
