"Only criticism was check- in. As with our previous stay, there was a delay due to numbers arriving. The staff person appeared to believe there was only one guest when the reservation clearly showed 2. We had requested upgrade to lounge access and informed it would be confirmed on arrival. The staff member said nothing and it appears would not have done unless I asked if the requested access was available. The lounge was fairly busy but not full. Restocking of food items was quite slow and at times there was very little left on the table."
