"Schlichte und einfache Unterkunft. Soweit völlig okay."

"We have checked into Diamond Apartment, and our first impression was excellent. The apartment is beautifully decorated and immediately gave us a warm, homely feeling. However, we were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. There are numerous visible stains on both the carpets and the sofas, which detract from the overall appearance of the apartment. Additionally, the dining chairs feel rather flimsy and unstable. Although I understand that they may have been chosen primarily for decorative...

Sehr enttäuscht."

When we asked for another room, we were told that there weren’t any available. When we questioned them as to what they planned to do to make it...
