I found the whole self service process to be very effective, the room was clean, the bed was SUPER comfortable, enjoyed my stay here. The ability to extend my checkout through the app was put to good use when I got back to the hotel late the night before. Had a small personal preference problem with one of the rooms and the staff were very quick to respond, changed to another room the next night without too much trouble. Was very pleased with the customer service. I will use another Numa hotel should the opportunity ever arise again.

Comfortable stay in Ehrenfeld.

Hotel name changed to Numa ( Joyn Serviced before). The kitchen room was large and spacious. Room was very clean and convenient location in Ehrenfeld. Not near to the city center but easy access via U and S bahn

The property is ok but not great. I feel that I lived in a student dormitory rather than a hotel. Living in a student dormitory is perfectly okay except the price I paid is much higher than a dormitory. There are pluses: many eateries, a bug supermarket, pharmacy nearby. It is about 7 minutes walk to a nearby tram station, making it very convenient.

Numa Ehrenfeld

The aparthotel was fine, had all the amenities described and was clean and well equipped. It was 30+ degrees during our stay and the room did get hot and stuffy - a portable AC had been provided but it generated as much heat as cold air so didn't make much difference. I hadn't realised the building was unmanned, which made me a little uneasy in case something went wrong and we needed assistance. We didn't have any problems thankfully. The only issue was the fire alarm went off - apparently this happens regularly if people cook and don't open the window to let the heat/steam out - however there wasn't any alarm sounding just flashing lights. We only noticed because we were waiting for the lift and it displayed a message saying it wasn't operating because of fire procedures. Other people continued to enter the building and use the stairs - presumably not noticing the alarm lights. We decided to wait outside as a precaution. The fire brigade turned up after about 20mins, did their checks and turned the alarm off. It is concerning that there was no alarm sounding.

Clean room. This property forced us to send photoID, otherwise they wouldn't release checkin code, even though Expedia says do not send personal ID. This is conflicting information. Property was located in good place, walk-in distance from train station.

Very nice accommodation in great location.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Good location with plenty of restaurants and shops and near transport links. Had a lovely view over the square in front and of the city from 6th floor. No full time reception though unfortunately.
