    Welcome to "Aloha Niulani"! Our 4-bedroom 2 bath Oceanfront Beach home comfortably sleeps up to 8. Conveniently located in the Old Kauai town of Kapa'a. Tucked away in a secluded neighborhood with your own beach right outside the door, but also within 5-8 mins walking distance to shopping and dining.

    Complete home Central Air system added recently! A huge bonus here in Kauai, where the majority of homes do not have these systems in place.

    We are also right on the Kapaa bike/jogging/walk path (6 miles long).

    Great spot for winter Whale Watching! You can also snorkel on the beach right outside the house.

    2 blocks from Baby (fuji) Beach.

STOP right there! If you’re looking for a place that is spotless, literally steps from the ocean, has super‑comfortable beds, and comes stocked with every amenity you could possibly need (and then some)… this is your place.The location is perfect — right between the North Shore and the South/West side of the island, close to the airport, rental shops, and great restaurants. The owner is incredibly kind, responsive, and easy to reach.If this condo is available, grab it immediately. Don’t do what I did and spend an embarrassing number of hours searching for something “better.” Trust me — you’re not going to find it. You will absolutely love this place.

We had a great stay. The hosts were very welcoming, everything was in perfect order. Very clean beautiful house, large dining table, great kitchen. Wonderful view, right on the ocean. Within walking distance of anything you might need and many restaurants. Very convenient location. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to Kauai. Mahalo

Our family had a wonderful stay at this home in Kauai. The location was perfect—close to everything while still feeling relaxing and comfortable. One of our favorite parts was the easy access to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. The house worked great for our family and had everything we needed for a memorable trip. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

Would not describe as exquisite. It certainly is great for being on the ocean, but the foliage is overgrown when compared to the pictures online. It would have been nice to provide beach towels & water supplies since it is advertised as a beach front home, as these items cannot easily be packed when traveling. There were also no steps to walk down to the beach, and there was a definite incline. The washer had an unpleasant odor, one of the showers was pretty dated and displayed signs of yellowing with age. Overall the home was functional. Some lamp/lights/fans were out of service. Silverware was dirty and had to be cleaned. For a vacation house, we had the things we needed, but it was lacking in polish. Not a dirty home per se. Some things were good, other areas were lacking. Not excellent, not terrible, but sufficient.

Wow! How lucky were we to find this awesome house right on the beach with comfortable room for all five of us! It was perfect for our five days and four nights exploring the area, shopping, snorkeling, and dining as well as comfortably hanging out "at home". Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean every night was icingbon the cake.The kitchen was super well stocked. Really, the whole place in general was super well stocked...from beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, beach blankets, and lotions, sunscreen, spices, some foods etc.! The location was super convenient for walking, driving, biking or running. Everything we could want or need was a few minutes away. And a drive to Poipu or Princeville was convenient as well. The beach felt private (we only saw 1 person in four days) and we enjoyed it immensely! The home was also very private and quiet.Our questions were quickly addressed by our helpful host, Ron. A perfect place for all of us. We loved it! We would absolutely love to stay there again!

Booked property for a family gathering of 5 adults and 2 children -and it was perfect. The clean property had all the extras you could think of- plus! The kitchen was supplied with everything down to bags of ice for the ice chest, including separate refrigerator for beverages. All that was needed was the chow to throw on the bbq outside! The ocean waves and sand were right out the back door, and the property is ideally situated for local shopping and restaurants, and midway on the island for easy day trips in either direction.The living space was comfortable for relaxing and was well supplied with games, large tv and plenty of charging options for electronics.And most importantly, the communication with the host was top notch.We hope to return in the near future!

Rob was a great host! We had some issues with the battery on the door lock, and he had someone come out to change the batteries right away. The house was very comfortable with lots of amenities and the location could not have been better! It’s right on the beach in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The beach house was just as advertised in the listing. It was perfect size for the eight of us to be quite comfortable for our entire stay. I loved the house as a central location for all our excursions. Everything was close by. I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting Kauai for a fun vacation.

Our stay at this property was unforgettable. The house is just a small lawn and a hedge away from the ocean, affording us with multiple beautiful sunrises and the sound of crashing waves at night.Due to the time of year, the surf was a bit rough for swimming, and the sand came and went with the storms, but the tide pools and early morning crabs were great.The host was very responsive to our questions, and the property manager quickly resolved a minor issue that came up (Mahalo!). We only used one of the four bedrooms, but the bed we slept in was quite comfortable. The kitchen is nicely remodeled, well equipped, and had the best coffee we have encountered at a rental property. The A/C throughout the house was fantastic at controlling both the temperature and the humidity.The location is quite convenient, with restaurants and shops within walking distance (and even more within a short drive), and roughly centered between both the north and south shores. We saw people in many of the surrounding houses, but the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful.

Perfect house, very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of couches, chairs and a large dining room table, good air conditioning and all the amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms and more! We had 5 adults and 1 toddler. The house was very close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping, easily walkable. We stayed 7 nights and had a wonderful vacation. Sherry EdonOklahoma City, OK
