"I have T-Mobile and had no service inside the unit and it was spotty by the window. Place is as described no A/C but good cross wind and 4 tower fans to put where you like and a ceiling fan. The beauty of the island and aloha spirit seems to be everywhere OTHER than at Kauai Shores Hotel. Go elsewhere to stay if you oh want a peaceful vacation.
