"Honestly the check in process was absolutely awful. It took ages to check in every guest because of various inefficiencies that caused huge lineups. Every other property that we stayed in was streamlining efficient and pleasant. On the whole the staff were wonderful apart from the rooftop bar where we were interrogated re our status (registered guests) and informed that we would have to sit at the bar unless we paid a hefty booth charge.
