"Room was roomy clean and pleasant. Hotel was in very good condition. The only problem we had was we decided we needed to stay over another night. We stopped at the desk after spending the day in icu at the hospital. Talked to the desk clerk, who checked the computer and told us she couldn't do anything till after 3am. Told us there wouldn't be a problem staying over and we would be able to keep the same room. We we're told to come around breakfast time and they could set it up for us to stay...
