"I absolutely loved my stay! Upon entry, the ambience was soft yet beautiful. The waterfall from structure was visible upon entry, which gave me a sense of peace and comfort. The staff was extremely kind and provided all sorts of information for me to be aware of during my stay. Staff continually reached out to me to see if there were any needs that were not met and to see how they could approve upon their service to me during my stay. Breakfast was hot and tasty! I will definitely use this hotel every time I am in town. Score: 10 out of 10!!!"
