"We enjoyed our stay. Our one bedroom suite was very large and we also had two big balconies. There was a very efficient daily maid service and a full kitchen. The area is very safe, convenient to downtown and the river ferries, with plenty of restaurants, bars and a great bakery. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The wifi is a little underpowered if you want to stream any services"

"The check in process is a little clunky...no clear instructions provided on how to access the underground parking space. Reception staff helped in the end but quite begrudgingly. Apartment well equipped but could do with a little maintenance (broken towel rails, torn seat cushions on balcony). Property manager helpful over messages and our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Secure & close parking to front door was super. If you plan on staying in this apartment, be aware that 6am wake ups...

"There was no way to get in, no reception to contact and no codes to obtain. This place is a full time rental property, so thanks Wotif I lost $550.00. The property itsel is exceptional as I have stayed before, rooms are spacious. But it's clear that no checking from Wotif has left me without a room on a dark night ! "
