"I have visited this location twice and found it to be an exceptional place to stay. The accommodations are immaculate, up-to-date, and offer a serene and comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast is also exceptional. I plan to return soon."

"This is an aging dog of a hotel. If you need a place to sleep and then move on, this might be it. But truly, it was awful. Building is in bad shape, the A/C in our room burnt up and smelled so we changed rooms from a King bed to the only other room avialable. The staff didn't know the difference between a full size (double) bed and a Queen bed. Two people on a full sized bed just didn't work and not for our planned four-day stay! We stayed that one more night because we were exhausted and didn't wnat to deal with a hotel change. Quality Inn did not provide any refund, not for the room with the broken AC or for the alternate room which was NOT the queen bed they assured us it was."

"The hotel decor is simple, but clean. Parking availability is almost all at the back. Not much they can do about it. But there is lots of spaces, just far enough away to make me a bit nervous walking from the car to the doorway. There is no one around. But it was fine. Breakfast is ok. Nice it’s included with the room"

"Called 2 hours after checking out of the hotel, and asked a staff member to retrieve my childs retainer they forgot. Front desk would do nothing but "make a note" for housekeeping. It was sitting in a paper bowl right next to the sink, out in the open. Not covered, not hidden, simple task. Housekeeping just threw it away. Now its costing me $500 to replace them. Yes my ADHD child didn't do as they were told, and that falls on us. But the lack of any proper assistance by the staff is unexcusable. Hilton customer service has been a joke."
