The house reef is exceptional and the dive staff were knowledgeable and safe. The staff are friendly and professional, often greeting you by name, and are clearly happy in their work. Special mention goes to the chef, who makes the most delicious food and is very accommodating with the menu choices. "

"Salt Beach Hotel is a great budget friendly hotel. As a solo traveler I felt completely safe (due to my laziness I even left my room unlocked for hours at a time when I left to the beach) and felt like I was really cared for. Manoruban was willing to be able to help me with anything I needed, big or small. Ram helping me with taking my luggage to the public ferry was a big help and I could always count on Ram for making my room beautiful. I couldn’t be more grateful for the staff at Salt Beach Hotel and I recommend to anyone visiting Maafushi. Would definitely come again! "
