"From the moment we stepped in we knew this hotel was going to be a wonderful experience. The staff were very welcoming , greeted us immediately. Very smooth check in process . Our rooms were lovely, they had everything we needed . Children loved the free ice creams and the massage chairs were an extra bonus. The hot baths were immaculate condition at all times . "Our stay was great. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. It is remotely located, which was peaceful, but still very convenient to get to the subway, less than a five minute walk. The staff was helpful and courteous. The meal options were somewhat limited - best to eat while out."
