But we did not expect the aircon was also not working and we opened one of the windows for fresh air but the noise from the rain heating the roofs made it worse! Did they give us the worst room? "The hotel had hot springs for the guest to use and the room was large, plenty of space to walk around which is not typical for most Japanese hotels. Room also had plenty of storage space and even had a patio looking over the waterfront. It's not a clear view of the waterfront but it's something. "
