"We enjoyed this hotel. Great view from our balcony across the valley with the dam, lake and elephant point in the distance. It's a 10 minute walk to Mapro Gardens and nearby shops and restaurants. We recommend Roots of India for a quality meal. The rooms are large, with good storage, decent shower and a comfy bed (very firm as are most beds in India). "

Second, on arrival the reception was unattended and we spent a few minutes till somebody came by to check us in. The room phone does not work, so there is no way to call for room service or housekeeping. "High priced hotel with zero benefits, they even charge for coffee sachets and tea. Please avoid this hotel, highly disappointed with the service and the room size. The rooms shown in picture are much smaller than they appear.Nothing is complimentary in this hotel everything is charged except for parking. Only advantage is the location."
