"We stayed for 2 nights and overall it was a good stay. I noticed some stairs have tiles coming off when walking to breakfast, needs some fixing. Also, we had booked 'Lavender Deluxe' room but we upgraded our room to Maple wing because our room was dull and not the same as it looked in the pictures. "First, none of the staff were wearing masks in these COVID times, even after we requested them to.in fact one young chap even had the audacity to tell us why they were not required. Second, on arrival the reception was unattended and we spent a few minutes till somebody came by to check us in. The room phone does not work, so there is no way to call for room service or housekeeping. "High priced hotel with zero benefits, they even charge for coffee sachets and tea. Please avoid this hotel, highly disappointed with the service and the room size. The rooms shown in picture are much smaller than they appear.Nothing is complimentary in this hotel everything is charged except for parking. Only advantage is the location."
