"Absolutely loved this hotel, from the size and cleanliness of the rooms, to the attentiveness of the staff here. Location is brilliant, less five minutes walk to the train station (Grzegórzki), roughly 15 minutes walk to Old Town, around 10 minutes across the bridge to Schindler’s factory, and right in the heart of the Jewish quarter. Plus you’ve Banksy’s museum next door. Check in was very easy, all staff speak good English and when I asked to have everything removed from the minibar so I could use it as a fridge for my own things, this was sorted immediately. Breakfast at the hotel was a great selection, the coffee was lovely! I ate at the restaurant on the first night, food, drinks and service were top notch! Also had a couple of the cocktails during their happy hour, delicious! Really nice in the courtyard at that time of day too, perfect way to wind down before the evening. I felt completely safe in the area, even when returning early hours of the morning, plus reception is manned 24/7. I’ll definitely be staying here again when I return to Krakow. "

"My wife and I stayed at the Amber Design Residence (Premier Apartment) for three nights in June 2024. We loved this Hotel, especially the room! The room had lots of space, with the living room completely separate from the bedroom (unlike other ‘suites’ in some hotels). The room was large, clean and very comfortable, with everything you could need. It was also very quiet, and we slept very well in the comfortable bed. We needed to heat up some leftovers (we found an excellent Italian restaurant called Warsztat; so good we took leftovers for the first time this trip), and the hotel immediately provided a microwave oven when we asked. The employees were very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect as it is within the old city center, but in a quiet street. One issue is the parking as the hotel has only three parking slots (120 PLN/day) as is normal for hotels in old city centers in Poland, and we had to park the car in another parking ten minutes from the hotel for the first two days. Be careful parking under trees as my car was covered in some kind of sap. Overall though, a great Hotel! "
