"Please!!!!!!! Don’t stay in this place or any apartments they have. Don’t waste money and time. There are many places much better for a little more money. I had to leave the apartment that I rent from them because the pillows, sheets, sofa bed, everything had a very bad smell. I had to look for another place and spend more money, and they promise a refund that I’ve never got. Stay away for their properties Lorf hostel or any apartments that they offer. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"The cleanliness in the room was shocking. Primarily the bed linen, they use grey fluffy blankets as a mattress protector. There was black fluff, bits of crisps, stained linen, brown marks on the blankets. It smelt like damp in the whole room. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from next door and hallways. "The Hostel is great for the price. The cleaning lady is working nonstop, and the results are visible. Receptionists are kind and helpful. The location is excellent! About a 10-minute walk from the castle. The negatives are that there are only 4 bathrooms for everybody, with 3 showers. On weekends, when there are more people, it can get busy. Moreover, during peak shower usage, if you are the last one, the warm water may have run out. I stayed for two weeks, and I would go back. I paid about 50...

"Great place to stay when on a budget! It is easy to navigate and get about when exploring Kraków's old town. I came for just a couple of nights as a light traveller stopping off briefly on part of a longer journey. For my purposes, this hostel was perfect and ideal! Because the hostel is staffed for limited hours, I wouldn't recommend if you have high standards for cleaning. "What an amazing little find! A superbly presented property with everything you could possibly need, at a very decent rate. Regular bus services to airport and city centre. Nearby shops less than a mile away. Quiet countryside location, some might find air traffic a bit noisy but I didn't mind it at all. Clear check-in instructions. Great range of breakfast food.
