"Sitting outside on the balcony offered great views of rand Traverse East Bay. Large tv screen. Great in room Starbucks coffee. Nice options for ordering "breakfast in a box" which was delivered promptly. 24 hour coffee service in the lobby was convenient. Heat/air HVAC worked well. It is an older hotel, but all the staff is friendly and helpful. No really comfortable chair to sit in. Couch was too low and hard to get out of if you are older."

"Everything was good, but we noticed they may be a little short on staff. The lady working the counter is also cleaning rooms. But we enjoyed our stay. The coffee was a bit weak, but there’s a Bigsbys right around the corner!"
