"Excellent"

"The hotel consists of one or two bedroom apartments in central Jakarta. The apartment was serviced daily and the staff very friendly. However there was no cooking utensils at all, just 2 glasses,2 plates, and bowls , and 2 sets of fork and spoons. There is no dishwashing liquid or tea towels. Quite ridiculous seeing as there is a full gas hot plate The towels and sheets were great but a bit of mould in the shower. Fully air conditioned and a balcony too. It just needs a bit of maintenance but...

"Nice hotel. Spacious room. Hotel in great area for easy walking to shops and restaurants. Music in rooftop bar was a bit overwhelming but view was great. Would definitely recommend this place."

"We got a bedroom with NO window and just in front of the elevator. So it was pretty noisy and we've been feeling a little claustrophobic!! Otherwise, bedroom and bathroom were fine. There was a very bright LED stripe under a small corner furniture which couldn't be turned off, and we had to hide the light with a pillow to be able to sleep. Swimming pool is nice but freezing cold!! Also they do not serve any wines or cocktails, only beers, and we're not beers drinkers :( Staff was very friendly."

"Well designed hotel with very good utilisation of space. However, sink leaks water whenever in use, wooden boards are terrorised by ants, hotel towels smells really bad, no hair dryer, hotel pool is greenish in colour and bedsheets and towels have stains.. lol it isn’t well maintained at all, just stay somewhere else.. hotel helped to spray some pesticide to kill ants but left wi try out even cleaning or clearing the corpses. "Overall a good hotel."

"We did stay for 2 nights, the hotel's location is easily walk from MRT/Sarinah. The staff are friendly and helpful, they also allowed us to check in 1hr earlier. We did ask for new towel because there is cigarette smell on the towel and they changed quickly with the fresh new towel. Overall is good stay at Ashley Hotel "

"I really like the tennis facilities, they also provide facilities for borrowing rackets and balls. The rooms are very clean, and quite spacious too. they have a unique swimming pool shape, and also at evening we can relax in the pool area and it is very comfortable. I will come back to stay again next time."

"The location is very strategic as it is located very close to highway exits (though not in the main road). Staffs are helpful and nice starting from the security upon entering the premises. The room is very recommended for business trips to host small meetings as they provide table with multiple chair to nespresso inroom.
