"Superbe property. Spacious elegant rooms. Wonderful pools. If you’re looking for a luxurious place to stay that is quiet, this is the place for you. Also sunset from the beach across the street is sublime. Only downside, beach across the street is on the smaller side and waves pretty choppy."

"Me and my 18 year old daughter stayed at Tracy’s Tropical Treasure for three nights and absolutely fell in love with this condo! The attention to detail the owner has put into this condo are amazing! They have everything you could possibly even think of needing to make your vacation comfortable and easy. They have beach supplies such as beach bags, umbrella, and chairs and a cooler. There are also plenty of kitchen amenities if you want to cook some there at the condo. Anything you would need to prepare just about any meal is there. It was like being in your own home. The condo is also super clean and beautifully decorated. The pool is nice as well as the beach across the street. We enjoyed both. We would highly recommend and definitely would stay here again! "

"My family and I loved this location! It was four of us and we were pretty comfortable. Bed was fabulous better than expected. Bathroom is a little tight, but was grateful for the extra space near the bathroom - I have a daughter and it was nice to get ready at the same time. Our space was equipped with broom, vacuum, swifter mop, laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, dishes utensils, pots pans and everything you need to BBQ. ( I did stay for 15 days and it was nice to have to tools to stay clean). Washer and dryer room was decent I loved using the app! It had everything a traveling family would need down to playing cards. This mommy was a happy camper for sure! We appreciated the bottle of water it definitely came in handy! Hot tub and pool was fabulous its was nice to have after running around the island all day. Kevin our host was tentatively awesome ! He made sure to check in and made sure we had all we needed. I can’t forget the people who live there! So much Aloha ! It was so nice to visit home and to share it with such amazing ppl who live there! I will be sure to stay at this location every year! Thank you so much Kevin, for your hospitality!!! Truly a gem in Kihei! Mahalo Nui Toledo, Ohana ! "

"We had an amazing stay! The place was absolutely perfect — clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better for all of our adventures, and we loved watching the sunsets each evening. Pamela’s hospitality was truly unmatched. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"
"Although this is an older building, as many are, the BBQ, pool, rooftop, elevators and grounds were extremely well maintained. The unit was very nice. We are 2 moms and 2 teens. The kitchen is narrrow, but we made it work, great ice maker. They have lots of books, and games, puzzles, beach chairs, rolling cooler, 3 TV's, comfortable queen, twin beds for the teens and sleeper sofa. Loved the AC in all rooms with separate controllers. Pool was beautiful and lagoon/beach so nice as well. Kitchen was very well appointed and had everything we needed. Definately could improve it with better knives and rugs definately need deep cleaning. Patio and single bedroom closet door difficult to open and could use servicing. A/C condenser on lanai was very hot if A/C was on. No light on lanai for evening enjoyment. Overall we loved our stay and would definately stay here again. Our 3.5 hour drive to Hana was long, but beautiful, but lots of hairpin turns and we could not see Black Sand Beach because we needed a reservation. "
