"Laundry facility was out. Parking charge was $25 per day but the lot was full. You had to either wait for parking or park off site at the park. They shouldn’t charge for parking if there aren’t enough spots. No hot tub, pool was cold. Looked like they were housing extended stay guests. Our room was decent, not characteristic of the price for the room ($297). Location is good though. Staff is friendly and helpful."

"Great location, amazingly kind and helpful staff, wonderful amenities."

"Beach was 1 of kind room was good clean everything functional"

"Very friendly. Pool was well maintained. Love how they have flowers for guests to wear. Convenient location. Shuttle was good addition. I will definitely recommend."

"Everything was wonderful the only thing I beleive that they need to change is ocean view rooms to partially ocean view trees are so high you can see on either side"

"Its setup is like a timeshare, meaning it has a kitchen with a refrigerator. Nice-sized rooms and very quiet. Beautiful beach views and easy access to the beach."

"Nice"

"We were initially excited when we were told we had been “upgraded” to a bungalow from the 2-double bed garden-view room we originally booked. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly faded once we arrived and saw the accommodations. I also would not recommend renting a cabana. In my opinion, it simply isn't...

"Everything was excellent! Great stay with the fam.. kids really enjoyed the 24hr pool"

"very good!"

"Amazing room and great breakfast. Quite happy with our stay!"

"We stayed in room 3 and although there was a disclaimer about the noise from the street, it did not mention how bright the room is even during the nighttime. There were blinds on the windows but they did not keep light out very well. Room darkening shades or curtains in addition to the blinds may have helped. It did not get dark over night. We found it difficult to sleep past 6:00 am. One side of the mattress sloped and it could stand to be replaced. We also found the common areas to be in...

"Beautifully restored historic inn and gardens. A lovely retreat from Honolulu!"

"I would not stay here again as the walls are VERY thin and you can hear everything all your neighbors are doing. Also, the "partial" ocean view is heavy on the partial. HOWEVER I do want to call out the man and woman that work the front desk, they are FANTASTIC. Very helpful and accommodating and friendly. I would stay at any hotel they were working at."
