" Our family party of 8 adults and 5 children had the most wonderful stay at Villa Petra. It easily accommodated us, providing plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and there was ample wardrobe space. Good size bathrooms and lots of toilets!! The kitchen was well equipped and had basic pantry items I.e. cling film, seasoning and oil. The outside area which includes a large pool with easy access via steps for the younger children was in constant use. An evening swim with the pool lights on...

"Really beautifully renovated building. Modern kitchen/ bathrooms but nice thick stone walls too! Hosts were friendly, generous and always responded quickly to any questions. "Great stay at this villa. The place is fairly new with all comforts needed. Some few annoyances were TV that did not have too many satellite channels which means we watched our soccer matches on a lap top, wifi is week and drier is not working well. Besides these minor issues we had a great time."

"Für unseren Urlaub das perfekte Haus. Sauber, prima Pool. Alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten diverse Städte und Strände gut erreichen. Das Haus liegt etwas ländlich gelegen, aber in 10 Minuten ist man im nächsten Ort, wo man gut Einkaufen kann. Das Haus hat eine Klimaanlage, was bei Hitze sicher nützlich ist. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wären für uns noch perfekt gewesen, da doch ein Paar Stechmücken...

"We enjoyed the space and privacy of this lovely and comfortable villa. Most impressed we were with the care that Barbara and her brother took to welcome us and to promptly help out with some minor issues. The surroundings of the villa are very quiet and peaceful. The pool, veranda and gazebo are great. With the car it is about 15 min to Labin and 25 to the beaches of Rabac."

"Wir waren im August 2024 in der Villa Jelena zu Gast. Der Check-In und die allgemeine Kommunikation mit dem Haushälter war Einwand frei. Er ist sehr Hilfsbereit und man kann ihn jederzeit Anrufen. Die Villa war eins zu eins wie in dem Inserat, sehr schön, ruhige Lage und gut ausgestattet. Wenn man in der Nacht abreisen möchte, findet man auch eine Lösung. Wir hatten wirklich einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen."

"We stayed for a week and thought that the house and location were ideal, we could get to anywhere we wished within 30mins and we really appreciated the surrounding peaceful countryside. So beautiful inside and out. Many hours were spent in the pool with a very handy outside shower. Indoor had everything you could ever need to prepare food and provide comfort. Would recommend to anyone, very pleased with our choice, and the host was extremely helpful and informative."

"We had a glorious two week holiday here. It is remote ( very quiet and rural) so have to drive everywhere but good beaches and towns 35~40 mins away. Rovinj and Vrsar our favourites. House is very well presented and spotless with everything you need. Lovely barbecue area with sink by the pool. Very clean and well equipped. Worth noting just two a/c units one upstairs and one down, so fans in the bedrooms would have been good as they did get quite warm at night and we weren’t keen to leave...
