"Very small room and very small bathroom which is probably typical in rovinj given the age of the buildings. Great location near everything. Kitchenette came in handy to make breakfast. Host was great. Noisy at night unless you close windows and turn on the fan."

"The property itself is cute and it is located in a very good Place in the old town right on the edge it is older but well-maintained. The only downside to this property is you have to pay a lot for parking and at night it can be very busy cause just blow your window is a restaurant bar that can be noisy sometimes"

"Der Aufenthalt bei Ronald war wunderbar. Das Highlight natürlich die Bootsfahrt. Die Ferienwohnung ist klein aber fein und hat eine perfekte Lage um die Städte und Strände Istriens in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in dieser Region werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder bei Ronald buchen."

"Wir waren im Juli dort und es war alle super, die Wohnung war sauber und man hatte alles was man brauchte, zugegeben mit 5 personen war es doch etwas eng aber das wussten wir ja vorher, zu viert ist dort genug Platz. Ganz grosses Lob geht aber an die Besitzerin, total freundlich und hilfsbereit also wenn man nicht weiss wo man zum Essen hin gehen soll, einfach fragen, spricht auch perfekt deutsch. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Ach und nicht alles glauben was hier geschrieben wird, von wegen...

"Great location, very responsive owner, nice and clean, clear instructions to check in.. Only one minor issue though - not the fault of the apartment- There is quite a bit mosquitoes in old town - so keep the windows firmly shut or else :)"

"Das huebsche kleine Ferienhaus liegt etwas versteckt, abseits der Hauptstraße, in Rovinjsko Selo.Dadurch hat man Ruhe vor dem zu Beginn der Nachsaison immer noch recht großen Trubel in Rovinje. Die Raeume sind ansprechend und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Insbesondere die Klimaanlage war wohltuend bei den heißen Temperaturen waehrend der ersten Tage unseres Aufenthaltes. Auch die installierten Insektengitter an Fenstern und Terrassentuer sind sehr hilfreich. So bleiben stechende Quaelgeister...

"Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Apartment für einen Familienurlaub. Alles ist schön gepflegt und die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Höhepunkt ist die grosszügige Terrasse auf der man sehr gut relaxen kann."

We had a welcome dinner, got a box of vegetables from Mario’s garden, and were invited to his granddaughters’ birthday party (it was on the property one day), and to a village festival right nearby. "Das Appartement war sehr geräumig, waren zunächst im 1. OG, hatten dann das Angebot auf Nachfrage erhalten ins EG zu ziehen, da wir einen Hund dabei hatten. Auch das verlief super einfach. Der Besitzer Zoran war immer wieder vor Ort, war für jede Frage offen, zwei kleinere Reparaturen wurden innerhalb von 30min behoben, TOP!! Der Vermieter spricht auch perfekt Deutsch, war per Email jederzeit erreichbar und hat superschnell geantwortet. Vielen Dank! Toller Service😊"

It has a nice quiet balcony with a garden and a partial sea view - perfect for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.
