"I typically select this hotel when I need a me-cation and have been staying here several times a year for the last three years. The last time a stayed, about a month ago, I thought it was odd that Housekeeing knocked on my door at 9am when check out is at noon. Not only did they knock on my door, they tried the door handle several times. This time I stayed I made double sure I had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. "I have stayed here a few times and would stay here again. The King room with sofabed was perfect space for our family (parents and a teen). Only issue was that breakfast was average and seemed less well done compared to previous stays, but we all still ate so not a big deal."

"The hotel needs renovation. Carpet was bad making hallways dingy. Ice machines not working. We stayed 4 nights no cleaning service and no soap in shower (we caught up with staff and they gave us some). The staff overall was great. "
