"This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life, and I stay in a lot of them for both work.And pleasure. It was very late at night. And I had run out of options for places to stay so I stayed for the night, but the next morning, I marched down to the front desk very early and demanded a full refund of which, after I showed them pictures of all of the things that I have named plus a few more.
