I have stayed here many times. I will continue to do so. The room was super clean and the staff has always been very nice. It is close to Starbucks, Meijer, and many fast food places. The lovely town of Plainwell is minutes away and the neighborhoods are great to walk through.

Great place to stay!

We had an amazing stay! The rooms are very clean and the breakfast was great too! The lobby was good for us too since our kids had a separate room and we cd hang out later on. We will stay here again when we come down to Plainwell.

Everything was great. The only comment I have is the bed is way too high in the handicap room. We had to climb up onto the bed and with a broken back, that's too easy. The staff was wonderful.

Sam was at the welcome desk when I arrived to check in. He was friendly, courteous and efficient. When I had an issue with the TV in my room, he was quick to try to resolve and explain the issue. He ended up arranging for me to move up another room across the hall and offered to bring a cart or assist me in moving my belongings. He checked my previous room to ensure that I had not forgotten anything and made sure that the TV in my new room was functioning properly. When I returned from dinner, he greeted me with a genuine “Welcome back!” I understand he is new to this position. He is an asset to the Comfort Inn.
