Light, bright, and inviting, this 2 level Kaiteriteri holiday home has modern open plan living downstairs, with ample room to relax. Unwind indoors and take time out with your group, or find your favourite vantage point to enjoy a good book while you gaze at the peaceful vistas. The outdoor set up is perfect for summer stays, sitting on a generous grassy section with plenty of decking for BBQ's in the sun! A second living area upstairs ensures everyone has their space, with easy outdoor flow onto the upper deck with ocean views.

Bedroom 1 is located upstairs and is fitted with a king bed, and Bedrooms 2 and 3 are downstairs with a king bed (can be unzipped to make 2 singles) and a queen bed plus a single bed respectively.

Sun, Sea, Sensational is a holiday home for all seasons. Double glazing and ducted warm air heating/air conditioning throughout ensures winter and summer comfort. In cooler months, curl up on the couch with Sky TV, selection of children's games and toys, and of course Wi-Fi!

This peaceful haven is the perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing getaway - stay on site and do nothing at all, or set out on an adventure. Safe swimming and paddle boarding can be enjoyed less than a 10 minute walk away at Little Kaiteriteri Beach with a nearby track for easy access, or head to Kaiteriteri Beach a 15 minute walk away, where there is an excellent selection of cafes.
