"The hotel is located in the CBD which makes it very easy to access good shopping, food, and coffee. The room itself was comfortable and clean. In some places it is looking a bit tired and worn and could do with a refurbishment, especially the bathroom. Parking is available on site but costs 30 NZD a night, which seems a bit expensive since it's for paying guests. Despite some of these observations, we would stay here again. The staff were very helpful and made us feel at home."
