"This condo was perfect for us, family of 4. At first, Kihei wasn't an option but glad I found this spot owned by Matt and Sandy. It was perfect. Walking distance to Kamole Beach Park 1 and close to Kamole Beach Parks 2 and 3. Restaurants, shops etc. in the close proximity. Foodland close by too. Again, just a great area. This complex is clean. Parking is nice. Pool was a nice alternative to the beach. Sauna, hot tub is a plus. Great amenities in this comfy condo. Well kept and exactly as pictured and described. Thank you Matt and Sandy. We will be back! "

"It felt like visiting a family member’s home…the room was clean, stocked, and homie. Very personable staff, friendly and helpful. There are comfortable amenities: a cool little pool, bbq and seating areas and you can borrow beach chairs, towels and ice chests. Nice continental breakfast items and very good coffee. It’s literally across the street from the beach in Kihei, great location, close enough to the eats but private and away from the bustle. Great value and would highly recommend to anyone looking around Kihei on Maui, you won’t find a better value. "

"Our first time to Maui. Took a 3 night 4 day stay from Oahu. Friendly staff, clean rooms and facilities. Great breakfast buffet with many options to satisfy everyone. Only drawback is $35 a day parking in the hotel lot. "
