"Didn’t realize this was a love hotel when booking. The neighborhood and reception desk was extremely sketchy, but the room was amazing. Sauna and bath were great and the coffee & tea was delicious. The pillows were a bit flat and the condoms were too small, but there was a massage chair in the room with mood lighting & karaoke. Overall definitely worth the price if you’re looking for a cheap stay between hotels."

"Hotel is safe and clean, but room is very small. Below are arcades and entertainment areas, a lot of youths seem to hang out here and leave litter around. Stations are 10-15 min walk away but there’s bus limousine nearby to and from airport, very convenient. Food options around the hotel are great as well. "

"The rooms are truly small. Likely fine for a single person, but for me and my boyfriend it was a squeeze. The hotel provides what you need if you’re the kind of traveler who is going to be out and about exploring Tokyo for most of the day: comfortable bed and clean shower. Breakfast is not provided, and they have a somewhat strict cleaning policy that was not clear to me at check in. "Good location for exploring shinjuku, 15min walk from shinjuku station for exploring other parts of tokyo. Rooms are small but to be expected in tokyo, clean and tidy, enough space to rest at the end of a day exploring"
