"I felt the property itself was lovely and very inviting especially due to its proximity to the beach. However, I do have some constructive criticism of the room. I found it to be a nice size, beds were comfortable. However, I was disappointed in the bathroom - minute size and well as no grab bars on the wall. I also felt it required a fresh coat of pain."

"All services are good"

"Clean hotel, comfortable beds, quiet location off the main road, close to beach, eating venues nearby very friendly staff, great value for Hawaii"

"Close to the beach!"

"Nice location but next we will plan to pay a bit more for an up to date functioning building. The staff were truly wonderful people and provided exceptional hospitality."

"i stayed at this resort last year the service was great that i came back this year. the facility is clean the staff friendly and kind. the service is top notch always. to the tour director, the front desk staff to the restaurant service and staff there. i would definitely stay here again all because of the service we recieved . the other reason is that the hotel is within walking distance to shops and restaurants and shops. definitely a great place to stay ."

"Nice clean room, room service is every other day but can call and ask and they will accomodate. Staff was all very friendly."

"Staff was helpful and very clean"

"Hot tub was broken"

"Seems like they are now really prioritizing the rental / ownership side of things, vs the hotel side. Not a lot to recommend it as a hotel these days. Shame, was one of my favorites."
