"The central heating is far too warm and felt suffocating and sweating. The temperature setting was around 26-30c which is not ideal and definitely not the right setting. Sheraton should have a standard data on suitability ambient temperature for public."
"The Kempinski Changsha is a very good choice for the quality of the service. The staff were all very polite with a lot of attention to details.
