"I arrived late and was greeted with a smile and welcome. The bunkie is cute and comfortable. The view from the porch is lovely. I enjoyed the sunsets, sunrises, and a tranquil soft rainfall one afternoon. One morning I was enjoying my tea on the porch, watching chipmunks chasing each other when a Red Shoulder Hawk swooped in and perched on the side of stairs down to the lake. She didn't get a chippy but I got a good long look at her at 15ft away. The loons made their eerie tremolo call in which I fell asleep and woke up to hearing. Wendy is such a good hostess. She is a delight and has a jewel of a space she shares with us. I was looking for a quiet, peaceful cabin on a lake to defuse, and I found this. It is perfect to relax, and regroup your thoughts. Such a beautiful setting. "
