"The place was nice, clean and cold. Does not have a full kitchen. It does have a fridge and microwave. It sleeps 7 to 8 people but only has 1 bathroom. It is walking distance to shopping and food restaurants. We arrived at 12:35 had lunch and waited around for 3:00 pm. The only thing I didn’t not like was that they do not let you check in at least 30 minutes early. That was my only issue. "

"Nice, cute apartment style. Has everything you’ll need during your stay including free off- street parking. No elevator so you might get stuck climbing 2 flights of stairs if you get an apartment up top. A/Cs only in the rooms so make sure you leave the doors open before you head out on your adventures. We were only there to sleep and shower so we never really interacted with staff or needed anything. Small convenience store across the street open late which came in handy. "

"Pros: -The unit has what you needed for a comfortable stay. -Good air conditioning. -Nice area, it is close to the beach and a lot of popular spots. -Property manager was polite. Cons: -Shower pressure is pretty weak, it gets the job done but it is not the most enjoyable shower. - Parking is very limited. - The unit is decent but the lighting in the pictures does make it seem a little nicer than it is in person but it was still a comfortable stay just not as updated as the pictures show....

"The condo/Apartment itself was great. There were no potholders for the oven pan, but i made sue with folding paper towels to get the pan out of the oven. Bed was comfy, The heavy large towels were nice although i brought my own beach towels from home. The beach chairs and small cooler was a great addition too. The AC worked amazing, i suggest to others staying here keep the curtains closed while your put and about and keep the doors to the closet area and bathroom shut to keep the room at temp...

"I didn’t notice that you had to check in 24 hrs prior, which made the check in process difficult as the owner was on vacation. The property had a parking spot right outside the room. Minutes from the beach and local businesses. Only take away were no sink in the kitchen which made it hard to clean up and regardless of how spotless the owner kept the property we had 3 Jurassic Park sized roaches in our kitchen and bathroom area, which I am assuming is normal but I am ridiculously afraid of bugs...

"This property was pretty great. Family oriented and had everything we needed included beach materials. Hair product , kitchen materials and and seasonings and the ac works great. A lot of pools and options for people who stay. The rain may have cut the electricity off for a few hours which was a bit like um ok. But over all they got it back up and was happy . It’s a bit far like 30-50 min from San Juan and other areas but definitely worth it. "

"I was in need of an overnight stay without the hassle of a hotel check in… place was not as easy to find specially in a dark neighborhood. Host was available to direct and repeat directions to get inside the apartment. The shower faucet was hard to control and real hot water was the only way to shower. The bathroom sink was clog. The place was very clean. "
