"The property is amazing with great views and unique experience up in the rainforest. It is secluded and provides an eco experience. The roads up to the lodging are a little more challenging but we had a 4x4 vehicle and made it even with heavy rain. The hotel is currently partially under renovations but the host is very nice and try to ensure an enjoyable experience. Don't go into it thinking its a 5 star resort but rather an off-the-beaten-path experience."

"This property was close to perfect for our large family. It was spacious and clean. The neighborhood was questionable. Upon arriving, we determined the main living area A/C was leaking badly onto the floor and chair. We had to turn it off and contacted the host. Unfortunately, no one ever came to fix the A/C during our stay. Luckily each bedroom had an A/C unit, so we were able to stay comfortable even without the main living area A/C. "The place was nice, clean and cold. Does not have a full kitchen. It does have a fridge and microwave. It sleeps 7 to 8 people but only has 1 bathroom. It is walking distance to shopping and food restaurants. We arrived at 12:35 had lunch and waited around for 3:00 pm. The only thing I didn’t not like was that they do not let you check in at least 30 minutes early. That was my only issue. "
