"This place was absolutely fantastic, I can not recommend it enough, especially if you have dogs! The backyard is fully fenced and the size of a small park. Our pups had a blast. The house was clean, and the bed and bath were so comfortable. It is in a great location, within 15 min to the airport and RTP. The hosts were wonderful and had great communication."

"The problem wasnt with Sonesta its with expedia. Hotel lost power n had 2 fire alarms go off, fire dept came twice. Some of the hotel had no tv or internet, some had no ac. The door to room wouldn't clise and was in the licked position but was opened. We had to switch hotels as we didn't feel safe. We did not spend 1 night there. Expedia basically refused to refund us, hung up on me, told me it was my problem. I will never use Expedia ir recommend them. Hotel staff was very nice at this hotel. I understand it was not their fault that they had no power but we had to find another place to stay and im being charged for two hotel stays"

"This hotel needs a complete renovation. The carpet in the hallway was loose and a danger to any elderly person walking on it. The bedroom had a distinct unpleasant smell and the carpets were stained. After just a few minutes in the room we realized that we could not stay ay this hotel. The person at the front desk did allow us to cancel and receive a full refund."

"The place was clean and the layout convenient - situated in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our visit to Raleigh. We did a road trip this time but given the place is a short distance from the airport, I would definitely consider staying here again next time I travel by air. "

"We only stayed one night, but it would have been wonderful to stay longer. Everything was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The screened in deck areas were lovely and I enjoyed listening to the birds early in the morning. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided in case you forgot to pack it...as well as cotton balls and Qtips.The check out process was very easy and quick, which is so nice when you are heading out on a long drive home.We would definitely stay here again."

"House smelled freshly cleaned when we arrived, and our dog loved the backyard! We all enjoyed relaxing out there, with plenty of furniture to do so. We never heard trucks coming and going from the garage/company next door, so no issues there at all. The grill was dirty and propane empty, but when we reached out to the owner they offered to come immediately and resolve both issues! We soy there had been more kitchen items- only one sheet pan, and no mixing bowls- but we made do. Thanks for a comfortable stay!!!"
