"The bed was terrible it was a king but worn out It wasn't a good night i am sore from the bed"

"Stayed 3nights. First night/ day was great. Disappointed after second night when returned to room at 3:30 and it had not been serviced. They came by , but we were getting read to leave and needed to shower. Provided the extra towels and coffee we requested, but our bed hadn’t been made or overflowing trash emptied. Breakfast was very nice , area was clean..exercise room equipped, but arranged so no space to use balance equipment/ ball etc…"

"This was our second stay at this location and it was as great as the first! Great communication, helpful information and lovely house!"

"I would not recommend this place. I'll skip disparaging the staff too much. Suffice it to say this is a job they don't particularly care about having. The building clearly is a remodeled nursing home. It's very dingy and depressing in the rooms. We went out for the breakfast in the morning (over an hour before breakfast ends) to find everything empty and no staff attending it. I couldn't wait to leave."

"Overall, our stay was decent, but there were a few things that could definitely be improved. One safety concern we noticed was that the back door was never locked. It was always unlocked, so the key card wasn’t necessary to enter or exit. This felt like a security issue that should probably be addressed. The pool was also extremely cold, to the point that we didn’t end up using it. Breakfast was good with a nice selection, but the morning we didn’t see a breakfast attendant around. On the positive side, the beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The night attendant at check-in was fabulous — we needed extra shampoo and conditioner, and she was quick to help and very kind. The soda machines were unfortunately not working during our stay. We didn’t try the snack machine, so we’re not sure if that one was working. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff, but a few maintenance and safety items that would make the experience better."

"The house needs attention - washing machine was not working, shower door fell off the tracks when I shut the shower door.Inadequate dishes for cooking. The coffee carafe leaks. Basic supplies not available: paper towels, hot pads, Kleenex. The host was courteous and interactive.I would not stay there again. "
