The internet was not working sometimes and the water went down and so we did not have water a few times and there was no hot water in the shower sometimes and the room had no refrigerator or microwave and there was no phone to call the front desk in the room. "We had a wonderful 3 weeks in Roatan at this beachfront locale. Sunsets were spectacular! Everything was as described and comfortable with all we needed to live on for our long stay. The BBQ was a necessity for us as we enjoyed grilling the fish provided by the local fish monger. We thoroughly enjoyed being on the ocean and were snorkeling or swimming each and every day. "I came to Roatan for my birthday with friends and we all four stayed at Kimpton Grand Roatan Resort and Spa. This was an extremely clean establishment and the front desk were nothing but helpful! The room was very put together and had more than enough space. The pool and beaches were beautiful and we were walking distance from the city but the hotel offered rides also. I received a birthday cake and staff ensured that I had a great time. A must stay!"
