The property is gorgeous and exactly as described in the pictures. The pool was great and rests at an ideal temperature - not too cold, not too hot. A/C works well, although we didn't use it much as there are ceiling fans, and windows on all 4 sides of the house to open and let the breeze through. All the windows and doors had locks, there is an alarm system, and we felt very secure. The beach was free of garbage, and seaweed surprisingly! The BBQ got a lot of use and most meals were taken on the upper deck watching the sunset. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, although a few more Tupperware pieces would be nice. The only thing I would add would be a gate at the top of the exterior stairs to the deck. There are a few dogs that come onto the property (they dig under the fence, nothing you can do), and can be a bit annoying when you're trying to eat - they are friendly however. We have rented several beach houses in the Caribbean and Central America, and this one is getting a return visit.
