"In general, it is a great choice because of the location and facility setting. However, the cleaning process needs to be monitored more strictly. I found last guest's used slipper under my bed along with duts and snack residues. "

The property is older than the other 5 star hotels but it’s maintained well and I always sleep comfortably. Alice Li was especially accommodating in the breakfast buffet. Great selection of Chinese dishes as well as American food. Terry also proved to be a great help at the buffet. Very pleased with my stay. "
