"I stayed at Hotel Veracruz Centro Histórico and overall had a very good experience. The location was fantastic — steps from the main plaza, cafés, and all the energy of the historic center. The staff was genuinely helpful, always ready to assist with directions or questions. Parking was free, which I appreciated, though it’s not on the property, so you do need to walk a short distance. It wasn’t a big issue, but worth noting for anyone arriving with luggage. Overall, a convenient, friendly, and well‑located place to stay in Veracruz’s historic heart."

"I love staying here. We've had mostly great experiences. Rooms are always clean. Water is hot. Staff is mostly good to work with - front desk. They aren't automated so changes to room assignments are difficult for them. I prefer the 3rd floor for internet and it seems to be an updated area. 5th floor there is an awful, very loud buzz. I'm sure it is from the building air conditioner. We couldn't be move until the next day. You kind of have to think of it as a type of white noise. Internet worked decent on the 5th floor."

"The shuttle service from the hotel to the airport is a great deal and save you the taxi fare. If they will start to offer shuttle from the airport to hotel will be much better."

"10/10 location, steps away from the popular La Parroquia cafeteria. Across from the waterfront and Malcon de Veracruz. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel does not have a restaurant, but with many restaurants and food options within walking distance. Tour bus stops across the street. Pricing is very affordable as compared to other hotels in the area. Would definitely book another stay."
