"Solid 4/5 stay at White Oaks in Niagara. The room had a noticeable smell when we first arrived; it faded after a few hours, but it’s not what I’d expect at a 5-star resort. We also found plates left outside on our room floor at check-in, which should have been cleared beforehand. Dinner at Play Bar & Grill was a highlight—my son loved the prime rib burger—though my wife wasn’t a fan of the tacos. With a bit more attention to room cleanliness and readiness, this would easily be a 5-star experience."
