"We paid $10 extra for a balcony room when booking online but was disappointed that the pool and hottub was in Tower A our room being in Tower B when I checked in she offered me a room in Tower A which had just been newly renovated. Bit it would be the same price I paid as their is no discount we ended up taking it so we didn’t have to freeze at night when the temp was 5 degrees to go between our room and the pool. We went to our room and it was beautiful with the new renovations although both outside appearances of the tower b and a was very disappointing. There was a brand new lamp in the corner not plugged in with no visible outlet for it. The bathroom lights at night were LED like a deer in a headlight quality with no fimming ability. There was one lamp we could plug our rechargeable cords in but only for two ac/ dc outlets no more. There was a sign stating parking was $10 daily / overnight in the hotel lot, but we were charged $25 plus tax to park in the hotel parking lot there is a municipal lot across the street for cheaper which we realized as we were leaving. We ventured to the ihop inside the hotel and cost us $23 for a order of toast a tea and a coffee we split the toast. These are things we would have liked to know prior to booking and was upset no reviews advised us anything. The room was very clean and there was 2 pinball machines and three video game ones in a side room at the back of the hotel they were $1 each to play."

"Staff were very friendly, professional, helpful and courteous. I think $25 for parking a night is just an added expense to the trip. I can certainly understand why people park in the casino covered parking rather than choose to leave their cars at the hotel. No grab bars in the shower which makes it very difficult getting in and out of the tub. No fridge in the room. I did inquire at the front desk and the employee did kindly offer to have one brought up to our room, but it really wasn’t necessary as I had a cooler which served my purpose. Otherwise, it was a great stay!"
