"My daughter & I enjoyed our stay at the Seoul Loft. The management team was great at accommodating our needs. The loft was nice, comfortable and beautiful as in the photos but the 2nd floor loft with the beds was hotter than the main floor even with the AC on, but they got us a fan that helped tremendously. We needed a blender and they found us one. They were very responsive and kind. It’s a great place for someone needing a place to work and enjoy Seoul. The only 2 things I want other travelers...

"Run Away.... we booked and pay in full, we got an email confirmation. But when we arrived there, nobody was answering the phone, and we found out that place was rented already. I was there with my family and 2 Kids waiting for 2 hours an answer on the phone from the property management .After 100 calls, The guy finally responded but even didn’t apologize and said we should have reconfirm 3days before even if was paid in full !!! He only said don’t worry you will get reimbursed when I was waiting...

"First of all, the photos shown and the actual facility were completely different. We were told that we could fit 5 people in the unit but it was small, dirty and cramped. Furthermore, the bathroom was moldy and the shower head was broken. There was used soap (with someone's hair left on it), used toothpaste and dirty towels left for our use. "As first time travellers to Korea and English speaking, this establishment was prefessional and easy to communicate with. The room was clean, excellent, spacious with much storage (we had the one bed apartment). The service was amazing and fast! The staff is helpful and very kind. If ever going back to Korea, I will stay in this hotel again. The area had many markets, food, coffee, anything you needed very close by. I loved the Insadong neighborhood! Thank you for a wonderful hotel experience."
