"Friendly staff "

"Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful with excellent English. Everything is clean. So handy to have a convenience store in the lobby and a water station, clothes steamer and microwave near our room. Coin laundry was excellent too. A few minutes walk to the nearest train station, but nothing too crazy far away. Quieter than staying in the main tourist part of Myeongdong. Would stay here again!"

"Everything was great, but I wish I chose to stay closer to myeongdong or hongdae. Been commute and transit with train and bus daily basis to the tourist shots, it can be really hectic. "

"Cleanliness and service is excellent. Staff is helpful and polite. Would be very good if room can be slighly bigger for 3 adults. Bath shower is very good with strong water pressure. WC is state of the art and you'd had a hard time adjusting back to a normal one. Hotel is right at the centre of action."

"I really loved this hotel! It was in a great location (walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shopping stores) and it was right next to the airport limousine stop! The room and bathroom was clean. Also, having the bidet was nice. They have a coin laundry within the hotel and they stored my luggage when I checked out. A convenience store was right next door. Location was ideal! I would definitely stay here again."

"Good value hotel with great service. I've rated the hotel taking into account the cost of the hotel, relative to what we received. The hotel decor is dated but is clean and comfortable. Free breakfast - although not a huge spread like some hotel, they had sufficient choices and what they did serve was tasty and of good quality (better than some breakfast I had to paid additional for). The breakfast options is much like the breakfast they serve in Japan, so didn't not really have western options. Having coin operated washing machine facility onsite was super convenient. Check in and express check out, were both quick and easy. Staff were helpful, for example ordering take out for us. "
