"The house is small and cute. The house has been remodeled. The backyard was cute and had space to sit. The beds were not comfortable at all. All three rooms, the guest complained about the beds. Not very much furniture to comfortably sit in the living room if more than three people. The house was not very clean when we arrived. The refrigerator had a rotten fish smell that we could not find to get rid of. The bathroom had a mildew smell that we couldn't get rid of either."

"The hotels.com representative stated clearly, “You’re not the first customer that has brought up the exact same complaint.” Extremely rude staff. Failed to provide adequate rules as he pointed at the door, “There’s a sign on the door that says no visitors.” I looked at the door, wide open and propped, therefore the sign wasn’t visible. The experience of this man shouting unnecessarily and rudely was enough to grab my items and quietly, calmly walk out with my relative, a student at UAA that had just moved and requested I bring him some items he’d left behind back home, and who was simply picking some items and visited with me a bit. The room was exactly what I expected for the price. Being disrespected and yelled at, not something I ever expect. Especially for the price I forked out. I’m a seasoned traveler, and never have I experienced such a disrespectful, rude individual."

"The host was quick to respond to questions and very easy to talk to. It is a pet friendly listing with a fenced in yard. The only con would be if you are avoiding steps/stairs. There are several stepping up onto property that are serviceable with large chips in concrete and uneven walking surface. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and would most likely rebook for future needs."
