Either way it was hard and you could faintly feel the pressure points of springs. - Shower Gel, Shampoo and conditioner are all in large bottles that do not fit in the caddy/holder in the shower. - No robes or slippers - Wi-Fi was fairly slow, I ended up tethering my laptop to my phone - Bathroom had some grime on the bath panel and corner tiles "
