"Lovely breakfast!"

"Easy parking, lovely staff, but room was just okay. However, a few bug bears, - Mattress was not of high quality, or old. Either way it was hard and you could faintly feel the pressure points of springs. - Shower Gel, Shampoo and conditioner are all in large bottles that do not fit in the caddy/holder in the shower. - No robes or slippers - Wi-Fi was fairly slow, I ended up tethering my laptop to my phone - Bathroom had some grime on the bath panel and corner tiles "

"The hotel is beautiful and modern with comfortable beds and nice rooms. The rooms do run a bit warm but the windows do crack open. Nice central location. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast though"

"The room iteslf was clean, as was the bathroom. However there was hair & other small debris in the drawers in the room. A small fridge would have been helpful as the room was hot. Breakfast was good, we’d no other meals there. We paid for a late checkout yet our key cards stopped working 30 mins before checkout, which meant I was locked out at street level, my key card no longer operated the lift so had to climb 7 floors back to my room. I also do not like that the hotel does not accept cash. All in all good value and breakfast and clean enough."

"Clean and convenient. Unfortunate very noisy people two nights in a row in room above us woke us up. Staff seemed stretched and were often not at the front desk. Company cutting corners? Thanks for the accessible bathroom: great grab bars and easier access bathtub/shower. Had to ask twice for a nonslip mat. Also, why not put wifi info in the room, rather than on small cards in the corner of the reception desk where they’re hard to find? Overall, good enough for what we needed."
