"A beautiful hotel in a great location. The restaurant was wonderful for both dinner and lunch. Breakfast was from the menu with tasty, fresh choices such as fresh squeezed oj, Greek yogurt with honey, berries and granola or traditional eggs and omelettes etc. You can eat inside or outside in the courtyard by the water fountain or gas fireplace. The staff was friendly and helpful, never too busy for questions, polite conversation or simply holding the door open. It was a wonderful experience "

"Had a great stay as the hotel was in a great location, clean and staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was a ok. But plenty of other options in the area. Would stay again."

"The hotel itself was in a perfect location to King St and the room was nice, but there was a strong smell of sewage coming from shower area that was disgusting. We told the staff in first day and they said they would look into it… got back from dinner and it was still there. Told staff again next day and the person at desk personally went up to room and smelled the situation. They said they sent someone to Target to get something to pour down the drain… did not work… told them again on 3rd day and they advised that someone will look into it. We smelled sewage for our whole trip. Was a shame that they didn’t get a plumber to actually look into the problem. So, overall, the hotel could be nice and is in great location but staff had no clue how to fix a problem."

"Breakfast was great ever time. Did not drive but the valet service seemed very nice. Sadly we could hear just about everything from outside our room. Did see a cockroach inside, just one but yeah. Most of the staff were very nice though. Several doors leading outside but were undetermined if useable. Some were exit only. Not much of a gift shop too and very high prices."
