They were very unhelpful for someone who isn’t from the country. Rude and even left a nasty note in my room because I don’t speak Spanish. Left the hotel right away and they did not want to refund the rest of my trip. Had to battle for it. Would not recommend.

Me gustó la atención del personal, la alberca estaba sucia deben limpiarla mejor, no me gustó que ya no hay carritos de golf y tienes que subir caminando, y tampoco me gustó que acepten niños, la politica es que niños mayores a 13 años se consideran adultos y no me agradó porque aún así no es un resort de solo adultos.
